Our aim is to provide the highest possible levels of customer service, with high quality white furniture at excellent prices, with flexible deliveries. We understand online shopping can seem a little risky so we offer a 7 day no quibble return on all of our standard (non customised) stock, as we are 100% confident you will be more than happy with the finish and quality. If you simply do not like the furniture you have bought, or it doesn’t go return it to us boxed and new and we will fully refund you. Of course if something isn’t right we will either replace it immediately, or take it back and refund you fully.
The furniture we sell is amongst the best available, so the website photographs are as large as we can feasibly make them, and include close-ups. Samples of materials and manufacturers catalogues are kept in our showroom, as sometimes the printed page can give a better representation. The White Home does not currently produce a catalogue, as we are an online business, but we can email pictures etc to you if there is something specific you wish to see.
We are contactable by phone, email & fax, and also have a showroom in Lots rd, SW10 (appointments only, please) We are always available via email & endeavour to respond to your request for information within a few hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30pm, and our showroom is open on Saturdays, between 11am and 3pm.
Lead times on our white furniture is usually 6-8 weeks, as everything is sourced from Europe, and made to order. We do try and keep some stock here in the UK, but with the endless number of potential combinations available it just isn’t generally possible. And of course buying to order means we can keep our overheads down, and pass on the savings to our customers!
The White Home ships throughout the UK, the Channel Islands, and Mainland Europe. We can easily ship to most EU and European countries (including Scandinavia and Switzerland). Unfortunately due to US customs and handling charges (usually more than the value of the product) we can not ship to the USA. Deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands & abroad usually need to be discussed with us, so we can give you the best possible price, so please feel free to either contact us via email, or telephone us on +44 (0)20 7349 7209.
Our UK deliveries are during the week, between the hours of 9am to 6pm, usually in either a morning or afternoon slot. We will try our hardest to work with you to establish the best time to deliver, and our drivers &/or office will contact you prior to delivery to check that you are available. We are also more than happy for you to come to our warehouse to pick up any items you have bought, unless we have already made arrangements with the shipper to deliver directly to you.
